Well Saturday morning 2am comes and s does a taxi to take me, my family and my snowboard to the French Alpes and my second visit to Val Thorens. Yippe kind of if it wasn't so early. We fly with ever so cheap Thomson fly from Coventry a lovely little airport.

We arrive at Grenoble St. Georges and pick up our Opel Zafira, this year a diesel one and has lots of power unlike the petrol powered lawn mower one we had last year. Yep this year the foot wasn't to the floor all the way. We arrived at our destination at around 3pm.

We had to wait around before we could have the key to the apartment and so did some early apre ski.

Once settled in we got some dinner and took it easy after a long day.
