Went to the Gym today and also got myself a new Tresspass snowboarding jacket. Not that I actually need a 4th jacket. Anyway it's just to keep the wear off my expensive Burton one. Will try it out tommorrow by having my top down ;)

DSCF0236

Sunday I got up and felt well more awake. Breakfast was lovely done and we sat down to do some gaming.

DSCF0237

Alias Fall Out 3 as Zoe had lost her saves. Oddly I didn't realise where we had actually got to on Friday night!

DSCF0239

The day went by relaxingly and Zoe thought that getting some fresh air would be good for us all.

DSCF0241

So we went to the allotment where I watch Alan and Zoe work while I read about vegatblke and generally still felt like one.

DSCF0242

There nothing like fresh Veg commented Alan.

DSCF0240

It was time to say goodbye to Mr Tickle and head home in the hope of an early night to recover for work the next day......

DSCF0160

So you wake up. Somewhere strange, somewhere different. Wha do you think????? How did I get here!

DSCF0161

With Al sleeping on the flor and the evidence of sport on the coffee table and a couple of darts things were no clearer - somehwere in Stockport.

DSCF0164

Of course the dart board gave it away. So why didn't I go to bed properly?

DSCF0163

Geroge and Darren also got up and some breakfast and tea was produced. After which we decided that going to the Natwhich beer festival was a goer still and we should leave right away!

DSCF0165

So we left the house.

DSCF0166

Walked past the Cav

DSCF0167

turned left onto the main road

DSCF0168

headed towards Alans house.

DSCF0170

Thought Cavalier once more

DSCF0171

Down Stockport highway

DSCF0172

Where I could no longer keep up with my longer legged friends.

DSCF0173

We walk past 'The Town Hall', well I think it is.

DSCF0174

At the bottom of the road the station is signed posted and

DSCF0175

before you know it we are here!

DSCF0178

very exciting for me as its been since Brugge that I have been on a train.

DSCF0180

With our tickets we waited with anticipation for the train. Luckily the platform shop had a bottle of Lucazade, which hopefully will help me through the day - or so it says on the side.

7819_144765062702_547397702_3018625_8271865_n

It didn't work.

I had to get a seat and left the others by the beer!

DSCF0195

Next I had Qui Qui

DSCF0196

Darren asked how I was feeling as I was not drinking very quickly. Bloody awful came to mind. What was I doing here???

DSCF0199

Zoe turns up to see us all looking rought and she feels vibrant after a few extra hours in bed. Zoe ow many tickets have you bought????

DSCF0202

Now thats ambitious.

DSCF0203

Next on the agenda was Ein Stein.

DSCF0204

Some serious studying of the menu was being done. We had to point out though that we drunk most of them alreay ;)

DSCF0205

If you were on Twitter or facebook George was keeping everyone not in attendance upto date with what was being tried.

DSCF0206

Fancy going out for some chips Darren?

DSCF0207

The food inside was pour. (another beer joke).

DSCF0209

The cider that was meant to be pear cider that isn't pear cider but perry also had a cider by the same name. I was miffed. I wanted the pear cider but seemed to have the apple version. I went and checked the barrel it came out of. It was the pear cider one. But what I was drinking was nasty and definetly apple cider. Someone must have the barrels wrong. I was so hopping for a refreshing drink but thisw became my longest drink of the day. I struggled on though and finished it. I followed that by Bosely Cloud.

DSCF0210

We got passouts and then outside the Civic Hall is a chippie.

DSCF0213

We were lucky. They served us and then closed. They had Steak and Kidney puddings on the go and to Al's dissapointment that they weren't selling the Manky brand, I had a chicken and mushroom Pukka Pie to my joy.

DSCF0212

Well reshed with a full belly of food it was time to go back in.

DSCF0216

We found many creative uses for the beer menus.

DSCF0218

I had a Postlewaites to wash my chips down with.

DSCF0217

While some forgien chap came over and said to Alan " I really like the size of your sausage".

DSCF0223

Zoe considered what she was going to drink with all the tickets she still had.

DSCF0198

I was slowly begining to feel better and my head was clearing although very sleepy.

DSCF0215

The beer was begining to sell out as Zoe was drinking it all!

DSCF0220

Theres so few choices left she exclaimed. If only shed got up and got here with us.

DSCF0228

Then on stage there was a band. Was it Indigo High Rise? No. Was it Delitia? No. Was it Pris? No. Was it The Eves? No. It was Old Flame.

DSCF0224

We drank up and left.

DSCF0230

Down the road.

DSCF0231

And to the station.

DSCF0232

Want to go drinking in Stockport Nack? I'm looking forward to the train home and bed to be hoest.

DSCF0235

Home sweet home at last.

DSCF0234

I turn the light off and fall asleep.
