Sunday morning we get up in a relaxed fashion. There's only a 3 hour drive to do so theres no rush. We enjoy a luxury Etap breakfast and board the car.
We leave the Etap in Dole, fill the fuel tank at a filling station round the corner and head south.
The weathers not bad as we c ruise through france and start to head east towards the mountains.
We have a stop here and there and even buy my mom some fury gloves. Mor eon these later.
As we head up the mountain valleies it is good to see it has snowed here once more. Perhaps Morzine won't be green pastures when we get there.
We arrive at Morzine park the car near the Eazy Eiderz apartment and check in with Jenna and Luke.
We unload the car of our bags and equipment. We are told we are very lucky as last week it rained so there was no snow! Which I had noticed on the web cam and was quiet paniky about going on a ski holoday to walk the green pastures. However, last night it snowed and its now going to stay cold. Thankgod we booked the 1st week in January this year.
With things put away it was time to take my parents for a quick tour of the town and to put the car away for the week.
So off to the main lift were we brought some lift passes and arranged for a lesson for my mom.
Noting the prices before we left in case they had changed. yikes it will be staying in there at least 4 nights.
As we wander around we head into a bar for a sank on the Pleny Strip.
We wander around and head back to the apartment for a while.
And after we do a bit of shopping at the now Carfoure and head out for tea.
But I'm looking for somewhere called number 10. In the apartment info book it said it was just at the bottom of the street. But where???
Well its not just at the bottom of the street its across the square as well.
There no mention on the menu outside that they are doing a Sunday roast as mentioned in the info pack. But we go in anyway.
Odd decore and frendily poeple inside. All recommending the Sunday dinner!
