I wore it out

My one PlayStation 3 Duel Shock Controller died. It just wouldn’t  charge up anymore. So I took it apart in the hope the rechargeable battery had given up. I unplugged the battery and connected the USB lead. Yay it came to life, so yes the battery was stopping the controller working. So with that I ordered up LIP1359 battery from ebay. You’ll note the Sony original has 370mA hours and

the new one from China 1800mA hours. Okay it will take longer to charge but also should last a lot longer between charges.

I open the controller up

Put the new battery in and

do the screws up.

Yeah it works. Now to play George and my Brother on GTA V and my new tracks – I just know they’re going to love them!
