Another morning, they come so often, so quick, especially when you open your eyes, when your comfy, when your cosy. At Walsall Train two has arrived. I know its an exciting life.
And here I put my book down.
And enjoy the sights, here is the M6, I’ll probably be using that tomorrow. Today we must strive to be extraordinaire! Only then can we hope to escape our fate.
The plods along and then its home time. London Midland fail to surprise me. Apparently, eventually London Midland will be sending two carriages. Hell....!!! Four is good, three is not good. Two is going to be hell. Once on the train as one lady put it, if you don’t like people, drive. I take it she liked being rubbed up!
Once home I get my drill and drills out.
Out come the screws, and the raw plugs.
I set the bracket, mark the spots and use those Aldi drill bits for the first time. I would get my pound shop level out but to be frank its too late.
So this wall is not brick as I lunged through!
A while later the shelf is up.
Now I think I’ll do the one down stairs.
Here we go then.
Oh no this is brick, this is old house brick, this is tough old house brick again. And now I have 10 half holes in my lounge wall! To confirm those Aldi maisonary drill bits do not drill the brick this house is made from, now in a mess.
And with that I go to retro room to console myself.
I enjoy the light show and
look up what I can do about my hard brick situation.
Apparently this is the answer and so make a bid, an SDS drill is what I need, I hope its what I need.
And I relax and then
relax some more looking at my shelf once more before closing my eyes.
