I wake up feeling fresh, as last night I felt ill again with cold. I’m looking forward to doing my fireplace today.
I’m considering sleeping in this room each weekend now. It is peacefull and tranquil.
I go and get some clothes on and look out at the pub which is being typically left to ruin, so that it will be no good to anyone but to be bulldozed and to be redeveloped how the land owners see fit. An old play on time waiting, time wasting and playing the planning permission game.
I look at my plants and tink I had better plant them. I plant the Rose and tidy the bed up.
The Rose is Eye of the Tiger, and should bloom well, unfortunatly Nack Green Fingers is here.
In goes a Rhododendron.
I fill some pots for the Begoniers.
And then for some mad reason I decide to weed the whole garden and clean up the beds. Whilst my garden my not be huge it is big enough to ware me out though.
However it now looks really good.
I mirrical grow the soil and water it in.
There was so many weeds to take out. Now look at it though!.
So tidy. And such a pleasant day to garden for so long.
And thats that.
What do you think Buddha?
Yes that is much better.
And while it is still light I head to the front bedroom and decide that this is one job I can get finished so this is the job I’m going to do next.
I go and get the plaster board knife out.
This foam is going to take some cutting. The original wood sill though is in good nick, if only needing a lick of paint. We may return to the orginal sills once I get some paint then.
ooohhh here we go.
A few hours latter and a lot of mess, and I mean a lot of mess it is tidy once more.
Just need to put the net curtains up.
Yes that is better. I’m not really a fan of net curtains. But they do a job.
A clean up and I take a moment to clean the glass too.
Spanking and with that I go and get a cup of tea,
and have a lie on my bed, my arms aching from the gardening.
All rest up and comfy what shall I do now?
I consider the fireplace.
And then I consider just relaxing for the rest of tonight. Thereis always tommorrow.
And with that I play Fallout 4 again.
I have a feeling I might be addicted.
And you know what. That Courser, he got it in the head too.
