Well if your not ware and its not advertised very well, but you can buy a weekly car parking ticket for the hospital parking. Not only is it not advertised well but the office you have to get it from is also very very very well hidden! Well when paying £5 a day for parking you can imagine the £10 weekly ticket is a god send. Mind the one day some had obvously taken offence and stolen all the cash out of the ticket machines. Free parking on that day!

Well a bit like the snowboarding boots, I looked on ebay and there was a injection pump for a cav. The only one. I put a real low bid on it and low and behold I won it. So I've the part for the Cav for £30 and £20 pound carrage. Which when you saw the post man trying to carry this enoumously heavy item you would understand was probably about right. The post man didn't look to happy though! I hope it works once I get it on the cav.

As a nice surprise and something I'd forgotten, when I got home one night I had a parcel. In it was the Play TV I'd ordered a month or so ago. And I got to say that I'm really impressed with it. I've even moved my old digiatl recording unit to my bedroom tv - which I never use!

Well with visiting the hopsital every day I decide to give the veg oil a miss and for reliability go and fill up with Shell Deseil at Longford Island in Cannock.

By the time I got home and parked on the drive something was very wrong. A pool of liquid was now on the ground.

I open the bonnett and the feul pump is leaking badly. I can't see where from but it is certainly leaking.

And so if I can't find a replacment injection pump this culd be the end of the cav. Just what I need right now.

Well Thursday night when I get to the end of the M54 I decide I'm too tired to go to Esporta, as I didn't go the night before because of my broken rear window. However whenI get home I find my mom in a very very bad state. An ambulance is arranged and for the next few weeks the Heart and Lung Center - Critic Care Unit becomes our second home.

When we aren't allowed to be with my mom, this relatives room becomes our living room.

A lot of time is spent reading or watching movies on the ipod here.

The room has a window looking out over a court yard.

Here it nice to see that no expense has been spared on the area!

Well the next day there seems to be an awful lot of glass still roaming around the car even though it was vacummed.

Wednesday night and while sitting on the Aston Express Way stationary there is a big sonic boom and low and behold my rear window goes to sugar. I smash it out and continue the journey home. The window replacment company comes out to my surprise even though it goes dark.

There went an unexpected 50 spondunnies.

Friday night and a few of us go out straight from work for a few beers first at The Old Joint Stock and then a curry. By the time we have the curry I'm bladdered but there is always room for a Cobra. From here we go to the Sunflower lounge for a while before it is time to head home.

I can't believe it, the train fare home is only £1:50.

Well a train is in the station and so I get on it and although it is ment to have already left it satys put for another 20 mins. A chap comes and sits next to me and we get talking. Eventually we get to just outside Wolvo station and I get him to let me out. At the end of the carrage I get talking to yet another stranger and here is where I make a mistake. I thought the train had stopped outside the station but in fact being on one of the end coaches it had stopped at the end of the platform in a dark area. Anyway the train pulls off and to my amazement goes through the station. A chap I was sitting next to has got up to go the the bog and sees me and enquires why I havn't got off the train. Well its one of those things and just tell him I'll get off at Stafford and have a pint their. This seems to bemuse him and he tells me he is getting off at Stafford too. We then leave the Stafford station and get a taxi to The Picture House. He ponders what I'm going to do from here and I let him know my brother lives in Stafford. Hes seems completely amzaed at my easy going attidue to the situation and one pint tunrs into many many more. I do eventually get to my brothers and home the next day about 1pm!

Yet another empty feul tank and so another visit to the wing yip for some quality fuel for the cav. Yep I started dumping the cans at the skip at work.

Well you can tell the kids have gone back to school as the motorway has come to a standstill every morning. Kids driving to school, especially long distances should be banned.

I decide to pick up a new braodband router off ebay. The popular Netgear unit which turns out to be much much better than my old LinksSystem HG200 unit. All I got to do now is get an eyetoy 3 for the PS3.
