Well I took my mom shopping today. It seems to make her happy so we quit often. And today I buy yet more ties. Yep more ties.

And along with them some shoes and shirts. The thing is I'm now going to have to weed out my ones which are not so good.

Thursday and I wake up to see snow. Aparently we are getting 10 inches more today! Horray.

The garden looks so nice in white. If only it would stay.

And personlay if we 10 inches I'd eat my shoes. These weather people havn't got a clue anymore, they just rely on what there computers are telling them. Bring back Mike Fish I say.

Outside I've got to scrap the Cav again. Oh the joys of the cold weather.

Would love to get the MX5 out but our road isn't realy suitable for a rear wheel drive car with LSD.

If only all the roads in the country looked like this then there would be little point getting up for work.

But between here and Birmingham they seem to have got their act togeather and put enough salt down to keep the ice and snow melted.

The good thing about the snowy weather though is the roads are empty so you can get to Birimingham in 20 minutes. Oddly the last couple of days I've actually got to work on time!

Sunday night they reckoned it was going to snow and it did. And oh course everything in the country came to a stop.

I headed off to work down the motorway towards Birmingham. And while the roads look ok only the one lane is safe to travel in.

Well it snows all day, and after a bit of trouble with us all getting off the car park we head for the streets of Britain knowing that the councils will have done a grand job of keeping the roads open just like the schools.

Well they were open but the condition of them was something to be desired. The M54 was nose to tall 20mph crawl and with the icy road it was hard to keep in one lane.

Once home the snow kept falling. So it was a night in and enjoying some PS3 for a change. I had considered going to the gym but that could wait until tommorrow.

I was all for the cats attitude but she had also stolen the PS3 controller and was sleeping on it!
