I check the cupboards to see what there is in stock. Looks like we should have enough food stashed to see us over the Brexit conclusion period.
Although the sweet tin is running low.
Oh course I had forgotten about the cats food supply. And so went to ASDA, grabbed a trolley and filled it with her favourite Felix “in sauces”. This she really likes, well she like the sauce, the “real meaty” chunks she leaves behind, probably because there's no actual meat in them and would rather have red tractor chicken.
Once home I have some parcels. One allows me to complete dash cam project.
The front dash cam is fitted and powered up.
I have to reach for the drill for the rear cam.
I find a place to put it and it fits just perfectly.
All wires hidden.
On goes the fuse box cover.
Away go the tools.
The next box I open is the octopus.
This is infact a car thermostat.
But why not just have a thermostat valve that can go in a housing like on cars of old.
When you can surround it in plastic and charge a fortune for it.
The most exciting parcel came last. It is a Matt. And as you can see it has wires.
It is a Chinese matt.
And it comes with full Chinese instructions, in Chinese.
Which makes it hard to understand or look it up on google.
It should be noted that the plug has no fuse (yet).
With the plug changed for a proper British one I put it under the computer desk and try it out.
Oh my, oh my oh my. This is good, this is warm, this is so very nice. I do wonder though what that switch does, it does seem to do nothing?
