Digging For Gold

DSC_9977

I wake up and open the curtains, what is it I see?

DSC_9979

That dam squirrel playing on the fence. Which is okay, as that means for the moment he is not digging up my bulbs and eating them,

DSC_9980

Back at home, the front patch of garden is coming on well.

DSC_9982

I turn the washing machine on.

DSC_9984

But that is not the highlight of the night.

DSC_9985

I am in the mood and I have my rags on.

DSC_9986

And thus I start digging. Instead of trying to get the post out I decide to see if I can find the sewer, I keep digging gently until I strike gold.

DSC_9987

Well that explains it all. And its actually a joint place.

DSC_9989

That explains why the post is 2” too far tot he right.

DSC_9991

Someone used their nod.

DSC_9990

Now if I could only get the post out.

DSC_9992

It wriggles, it wobbles but it doesn’t want to come.

DSC_9993

Then all of a sudden, it gives up and slides out of its hole.

DSC_9994

And there we have it.

DSC_9995

That is what we have got.

DSC_9996

Not actually sure now how to correct this though.

DSC_9998

I ask Buddha.

DSC_9999

Now that is inspirational.

DSC_0001

Yes that is what I will do.

DSC_0002

And with that

DSC_0003

I head indoors, where the washing machine has finished,

DSC_0004

and I relax watching the boys annoy each other..
